We have a limited 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after placing your order to request a refund if you have not started downloading or streaming any purchased content. After downloading or streaming starts we cannot offer you a refund, but if you encounter any issues with downloading or viewing your purchased content please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Before Downloading and/or Streaming Content

If you have not started downloading or streaming any purchased content you may request a full refund minus any processing fees by contacting To complete your request we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

After Downloading and/or Streaming Content

After downloading or streaming has started no refunds will issued. If you encounter any issues with downloading or viewing the content you can contact and we will make sure you receive a working copy of the correct content.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or free items. No refunds or adjustments will be made for price changes.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided that you have not already started downloading or streaming the content. By downloading or streaming the content you agree to waive your right of withdrawal. As above, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once requested, we will notify you if a refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded minus any processing fees on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
