How will my e-book be delivered to me?
Shortly after completing your order you will receive an email with the subject line: Your books are here!
Click the link and follow the instructions to send your e-book to your device or app of choice. You'll see something like the following to guide you through the process:
Loading an e-book is usually fast and easy. However, if you run into a snag, please contact Bookfunnel support at email@example.com. They'll help you get your ebook where you want it to be.
What happens with my credit card information?
Your credit card information is used only to process your order. We use secure payment processors including Shopify, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. (learn more)
What happens if there's a problem with my order?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help. Just don't forget to check your spam folder first! Sometimes emails end up in the wrong spot.
We provide customer service for books purchased directly from us. If you purchased your book elsewhere, please contact their customer service department so they can help you out.
What's the correct reading order for Cheri's books?
What files will I receive (digital books)?
We offer DRM-Free EPUB files. EPUB is the industry-standard ebook format and it works with the widest range of devices, including e-readers, apps, and most computer software.
Where is my bundle discount?
If you've selected a product with a bundle discount, the updated price will show up on the checkout page. Note: Only one bundle discount or coupon code may be applied per order. Apologies for the inconvenience! That's a limitation of our store software and we can't change it.
Do you sell paperbacks or audiobooks?
Why are some books exclusive to Amazon?
Amazon requires that books in their Kindle Unlimited program not be sold anywhere else. This is a temporary thing, however, as all our books are leaving KU in spring of 2023.
Why don't you sell in my country?
The short answer is "probably taxes." We need to comply with government regulations for every country we sell to and we've prioritized the locations where we have the most readers. If you'd like us to to sell in your country, let us know! In the meantime, if our store doesn't serve your area, we recommend shopping for Cheri's books via Google Play, Kobo, or Amazon, as they have a broad reach and presumably, entire teams of swole tax accountants on speed-dial.
We currently sell direct to the US, Canada, most EU countries, Australia, and New Zealand. UK sales are coming soon!

Feel free, you sharp-eyed grammar eagle! Even with multiple sets of eyes on a new book, mistakes sometimes sneak through and we appreciate you letting us know. Note: retailers don’t auto-update the e-books you’ve purchased, so you may not see corrections after we make them.
I was bothered by profanity/content in one of your books.
Some of Cheri’s books contain swearing and on-the-page violence and others don’t. If you prefer stories without profanity or big scares, downloading sample chapters and reading book reviews can help you assess a book’s tone and language.
